Q. How long will it take to get the Color Reader?
A. If there are Color Readers in our Fulfillment Center, we will make every effort to send it to you within 24 hours of your order. If we are unable to send it within 24 hours, we will notify you by e mail. Normal delivery time has been 3-4 days. That’s from our door to yours.

Q. How do I get the Color Reader back to you?
A. We have made this process very simple. When you have completed all of the Signature ColorPrint™ analyses within the 14 days (from the date we shipped the Color Reader until the date we need it back in our Fulfillment Center) you have the Color Reader, carefully package the Color Reader in the return mailer provided with the Color Reader when you receive it and mail it back to us. It is important to mail it back in a timely manner so you will not have to pay the current retail fee for the Color Reader. We know it is very possible to do dozens and dozens of Signature ColorPrint™ analysis in just a few days.

Q. What if my eye colors are different colors?
A. Choose the most predominant color and use that for the overall eye color value. Step back and look at the strip of colors in the Eye Matching System. Which is the better extension of the overall natural eye color? Enter that number.

Q. What if the person getting the Signature ColorPrint™ is bald?
A. If a person does not have hair, match the top of the head and enter that number into the hair section of the Signature ColorPrint™ analysis screen.

Q. Can the Signature ColorPrint™ be performed for males, females and children? Is there an age recommendation?
A. Yes. Yes and no. We have found that gender is not a pre-requisite to wanting to look your very best. Therefore, men, women and children have been able to enjoy this system equally as well for clothing color recommendations. We have found our female clientele particularly enjoy the system because it takes the color confusion out of their personal wardrobe which it will for men, but in addition it recommends their perfect cosmetic choices.
